SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Delivery Options

Domestic Shipping:

All orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL,  or LSO  depending on the speed chosen at checkout and the weight of the parcel and best pricing.

Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days Starting at $8

Express Shipping: 1-3 days Starting at $25

Local Delivery: 

Local Delivery: 3-5 days $5

Local Delivery: 1-2 days $20

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public Holidays. Once an item has been handed to the delivery carrier a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Cancellations

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, PLEASE contact us. 

Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.

Shipping Insurance

Hammer & Canvas does not include insurance for any orders, please contact us for shipping insurance inquiries. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in the original condition, some items are ineligible for return. Sale and clearance items are ineligible for returns.

 

Conditions of return

  • Buyer is granted return of item

  • Buyer must return item within 7 days of delivery

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Delayed Orders

Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item status. 

Damaged Orders

Hammer & Canvas is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, you may reach out the us so we may assist you on fining a claim with the shipping provider.
