Once an item has been handed to the delivery carrier a tracking number will be sent to the customer. Cancellations After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, PLEASE contact us. Shipping Restrictions Orders cannot ship to P.O. Boxes The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method. Shipping Insurance Hammer & Canvas does not include insurance for any orders, please contact us for shipping insurance inquiries. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Returns Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in the original condition, some items are ineligible for return. Sale and clearance items are ineligible for returns.
